1. Photographs & Lighting Disclosure
All coral images displayed on our website or promotional materials have been photographed under a variety of lighting setups to capture their full potential and natural beauty. The lighting conditions used include:
Ecotech Radion XR15 G6 Pro
AquaIllumination Hydra 26HD
Hydra 64HD
AI Prime 16HD
15,000k or 20,000k orange or yellow filters have been used for photographs.
Please note that corals may appear different under your home or aquarium lighting setup. Colour variation is normal and not a basis for refund or return.

2. Shipping Schedule
Corals are shipped every Wednesday for next-day (Thursday) delivery, unless otherwise specified. Orders must be placed and confirmed before our weekly cutoff time to ensure inclusion in that week’s shipment.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
All live shipments are packed with care using industry-standard materials to ensure the health and safety of your corals during transit.
We use overnight delivery services to minimize transit time.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
Failure to receive the package upon first delivery may void any DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims.

4. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
We guarantee live arrival of your coral order under the following strict conditions:
You must provide clear photographs of the DOA coral within 3 hours of the confirmed delivery time as provided by the shipping carrier.
Images must be taken in the original, unopened shipping bag.
Send your DOA claim via email to [Insert Your Email Here] along with your order number and photos.
Approved DOA claims may be issued as store credit or a replacement coral, at our discretion. No cash refunds.
Note: If delivery is delayed due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, not being present at delivery), the DOA policy is void.

5. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the sensitive nature of live coral, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason beyond approved DOA claims.

6. Legal & Liability
The Kings Coral Vault is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the handling, care, or placement of live coral after delivery. Please research proper acclimation procedures and care requirements before purchasing.

7. Policy Updates
The Kings Coral Vault reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The version of the Terms & Conditions active at the time of your purchase will apply.
